The section dealing with the ancient Hebrews and Cannabis is now up and
running. If you see any mis-spell words please let me.

Due to the nature of the subject, some form of [equal access time] will be
made available to those museum members with different opinions on the
matter.

The section on Cannabis and INDIA has been set back do to technical problems

The Jesses section will most likely be running in a week or two from now.

OLD TIME [Reefer Madness Era] RADIO update:

For those of you who don't know, we suspect that these recording have the
voices of many of the Reefer Madness Eras greatest voices. And their
babbles can be of some use in ending the present anti-medical cannabis
laws.

The following E-mail was sent to us a day or so ago:

"Hinds, Stuart L." <hindss@umkc.edu>
Mr. Garrett and Mr. Hodges:

Once again, the problem lies in Mr. Garrett's intent to distribute the
files. There is a significant legal difference between broadcasting a
file and distributing it. Mr. Garret, since you stated your intent was to
provide copies for Museum members, we cannot honor your original request.

What we can do, however, is create .ram files of the recordings and link
to those files from our Library catalog record. That way you both and any
Museum member can listen to the broadcasts at any time, and can link to
them from any Web site. This seems to be a reasonable solution to your
desire to provide access to the files and our desire to adhere to the
strictures of copyright.

We should have the files linked from our catalog records in the next 7-10
working days. I will let you know when that work has been completed. For
your convenience, here are links to the catalog records:

Mr. Hodges, I apologize that I did not respond to your email earlier – I
only received it as an addendum to Mr. Garret's message of the 23rd.
Sometimes the University's spam filter is a bit overzealous.
